Just to say once again, thanks so much from both of us for cooking up an absolute storm at Le Badassac this week. It was everything and more.

Louisa from Farm to Table is truly a master of her craft. From our first conversation, we knew we were in expert hands. We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. She understood exactly what we were hoping for and delivered far beyond our expectations. Always professional, direct, and incredibly easy to deal with, Louisa made the entire process seamless. No issue was ever too big or too small—every discussion was straightforward and reassuring, which really helped take the stress off our shoulders. Her kitchen on the day was a joy to witness—friendly, focused, and full of good energy every time we walked by. The food was exceptional, the service flawless, and her entire team mirrored her high standards and warmth. We would very highly recommend Louisa and her excellent team for anyone seeking extreme professionalism, creativity, and outstanding quality. Everyone has been taking about how amazing the food was at our wedding which is just lovely to hear, you really made our day, thank you Louisa!

We could not have had our wedding without Louisa! She guided us through the entire planning process, of not just the food menu but the entire wedding from electricity supply to toilets. No question was too small and she was always ready to accommodate, which was so helpful as we were planning our wedding from abroad. She also found our entire service staff, and everything worked so smoothly over both the wedding day and the lunch on the following day. The food was such a highlight and enjoyed by all. We felt we really sold 'the french dream' to our guests. We also had plenty of delicious leftovers that kept us going through the clear up process.

From planning, preparation to execution, Louisa and her team deliver 5 stars at every level. Their input, advice and expertise ensured that as the day approached we had complete confidence that the event would go well. On the day the food was stunning, starting with canapés, then sit down meal. The dessert selection was off the scale. Later in the evening the buffet was perfect ..the sausage rolls are rightly famous. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our guests adored them. Seamless in their approach to service, and everything was left spotless the next day. We had a perfect day; Louisa & her team were integral to that. Thank you
