Louisa from Farm to Table is truly a master of her craft. From our first conversation, we knew we were in expert hands. We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. She understood exactly what we were hoping for and delivered far beyond our expectations. Always professional, direct, and incredibly easy to deal with, Louisa made the entire process seamless. No issue was ever too big or too small—every discussion was straightforward and reassuring, which really helped take the stress off our shoulders. We were grateful that Louisa focuses on utilizing local produce and inspirations in the menus she creates. Louisa created a dessert treasure trove of stunning petit four and I am still dreaming about our gorgeous wedding cake with a ribbon of raspberry that Louisa topped with our signature passionflower vine.
