We got married at Chateau Labarthe in May 2025 and selected Louisa to cater for our main Wedding Day but also the two days either side; for a pre-Wedding Day dinner and then a post-Wedding Day BBQ. What an incredible job Louisa and her team did!! Every meal, every dish, every side was perfectly executed - fresh, varied, colourful and most importantly, absolutely delicious. We were seriously impressed - Louisa and her team far exceeded all of our expectations. Every single guest, without fail, commented on just how good the food was over the whole three days. Not an easy feat with some fussy eaters! We’ve been to a fair few weddings and catering for large numbers is always tricky. However, we can honestly say, Louisa and her team produced the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding - think high quality restaurant food, rather than anything like your normal catering food. Really thought out dishes, that both taste and look the part and that are seasonal and local. Couldn’t have asked for more! Louisa is supported by an amazing team, all of whom were friendly, professional and very efficient. They all went out of their way to make sure all of the events ran perfectly. Can’t thank Louisa and her team enough and can highly, highly recommend her!!

A quick note to thank you very much for the delicious Beef Daube etc you delivered to us at chateau Labarthe for the first night of our holiday - it was the perfect dish to have and much enjoyed by all!

From planning, preparation to execution, Louisa and her team deliver 5 stars at every level. Their input, advice and expertise ensured that as the day approached we had complete confidence that the event would go well. On the day the food was stunning, starting with canapés, then sit down meal. The dessert selection was off the scale. Later in the evening the buffet was perfect ..the sausage rolls are rightly famous. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our guests adored them. Seamless in their approach to service, and everything was left spotless the next day. We had a perfect day; Louisa & her team were integral to that. Thank you

Just wanted to say a really big thank you once again for the whole weekend – it was everything we had imagined and planned for and so much more, so thank you for helping us put it all together. Obviously, we had an absolutely amazing time, with lots of special and happy memories but we also received so much positive feedback about the food, planning, staff, look / feel / set-up etc. of the whole thing, which really did make it such an amazing few days and I know every single person had a great time. It was fantastic working with Louisa and her team on the catering for our wedding day. She provided us with lots of options to choose from (mostly produce sourced from her own farm) and she was even happy to try a new dish out for us. We really enjoyed building the menu together and sampling her charcuterie was a real highlight! Before the wedding the communication was excellent and she visited the location multiple times to ensure that we could make the most of the space. On the day the food was delicious and Louisa's team was both friendly and efficient. The incredible selection of French tarts is something our guests will remember for a long time!
