Louisa created a dessert treasure trove of stunning petit four and I am still dreaming about our gorgeous wedding cake with a ribbon of raspberry that Louisa topped with our signature passionflower vine.
Today was fabulous. Thank you so much for your expert, patient, knowledgeable, fun teaching. It was the best of mornings and I absolutely loved it!
What a triumph! Thank you very much for all you did yesterday and making it such a success. Your two helpers were delightful and we were thrilled with everything. It meant that we could really relax and enjoy our guests. Everyone had fun and we’ve had so much lovely feedback this morning. Our last guests left at 5pm!! Thank you for leaving the kitchen so clean and tidy, which made all the difference.
From planning, preparation to execution, Louisa and her team deliver 5 stars at every level. Their input, advice and expertise ensured that as the day approached we had complete confidence that the event would go well. On the day the food was stunning, starting with canapés, then sit down meal. The dessert selection was off the scale. Later in the evening the buffet was perfect ..the sausage rolls are rightly famous. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our guests adored them. Seamless in their approach to service, and everything was left spotless the next day. We had a perfect day; Louisa & her team were integral to that. Thank you
Hi Louisa just wanted to say thank you for the super delicious pork. We had the joint yesterday roasted for our last Sunday roast for a while. The left overs we’ll have for our picnic tomorrow. Today we had your sausages with home grown veg equally delicious. Best sausages this side of La Manche. No doubt the chops will be just as yummy.
