We sought an authentic Gascon celebratory supper and were introduced to Louisa Our pre planning and communications were easy and succinct, and on the day Louisa arrived. Just want to say your tuition has been great, been making caramel sauces, melting chocolate the proper way and all sorts of sweet treats. Ok sometimes getting it wrong when the icing bag explodes but your classes have given me the confidence to give it a go. Melanie Kelm Gers
