I am writing to say how delicious all your dishes were and how much everyone enjoyed them. It made such a difference to our holiday not to have to cook and shop all the time and also to have a completely new set of menus. Thank you very much for your important contribution to our holiday. From the early days of planning to the day of the wedding, Louisa was the most professional person to work with. She and her wonderful team recently catered for our daughter's wedding. The venue was our home and garden and Louisa took care of everything in a very calm and efficient manner. The meal itself was amazing and enjoyed and talked about by all the guests. We did not have to worry about anything. All had been carefully thought out and organised. We would absolutely recommend Louisa any time. Thank You from all The Dixons and our new Japanese Family.
Our French neighbours are still waxing lyrical about your splendid charcuterie board and canapés . Such a lovely day.
