Farm to Table Kitchen provided the catering for our work retreat at the beautiful Château Lacoste. Louisa totally understood the needs of our group from day one and came up with exciting, authentic menus that would showcase the best of Southern French cooking and ingredients. Her communication throughout was excellent. All the food - two lunches and two three-course dinners - was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The addition of a serving of the local 'Floc' aperatif was a lovely touch. The team loved it and the team looking after us on site couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. Louisa created a dessert treasure trove of stunning petit four and I am still dreaming about our gorgeous wedding cake with a ribbon of raspberry that Louisa topped with our signature passionflower vine.

What can I say, Louisa is an absolute gem. I am so glad I found her and was able to book her to cater our wedding. We are a couple, obsessed with food and quality ingredients. And it was essential for us that our wedding weekend featured the best food. We had high expectations, having come from a restaurant and wedding planning background. And Louisa delivered. She customised the wedding day menu to our tastes and quirks, sourced some of the best oysters we have ever eaten, did mouthwatering pintxos for our cocktail hour, made an amazing grazing board, did an array of family-style sharing dishes for our mains, and a just-to-die-for dessert trolley. Everything was impeccable. I absolutely love Louisa's farm to table concept. Her ingredients are either home grown, home reared or sourced super locally. I am in awe of this brilliant woman. It was a joy to work with Louisa from day 1, and on the actual wedding weekend, Louisa and her team surpassed all expectations. I am so so glad we had her as our caterer.
