We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. She understood exactly what we were hoping for and delivered far beyond our expectations. Always professional, direct, and incredibly easy to deal with, Louisa made the entire process seamless. No issue was ever too big or too small—every discussion was straightforward and reassuring, which really helped take the stress off our shoulders.
