What a triumph! Thank you very much for all you did yesterday and making it such a success. Your two helpers were delightful and we were thrilled with everything. It meant that we could really relax and enjoy our guests. Everyone had fun and we’ve had so much lovely feedback this morning. Our last guests left at 5pm!! Thank you for leaving the kitchen so clean and tidy, which made all the difference.

Farm to Table Kitchen provided the catering for our work retreat at the beautiful Château Lacoste. Louisa totally understood the needs of our group from day one and came up with exciting, authentic menus that would showcase the best of Southern French cooking and ingredients. Her communication throughout was excellent. All the food - two lunches and two three-course dinners - was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The addition of a serving of the local 'Floc' aperatif was a lovely touch. The team loved it and the team looking after us on site couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farm to Table for anyone in the region looking for great food delivered with a smile

We could not have had our wedding without Louisa! She guided us through the entire planning process, of not just the food menu but the entire wedding from electricity supply to toilets. No question was too small and she was always ready to accommodate, which was so helpful as we were planning our wedding from abroad. She also found our entire service staff, and everything worked so smoothly over both the wedding day and the lunch on the following day. The food was such a highlight and enjoyed by all. We felt we really sold 'the french dream' to our guests. We also had plenty of delicious leftovers that kept us going through the clear up process.

Louisa from Farm to Table is truly a master of her craft. From our first conversation, we knew we were in expert hands. We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. She understood exactly what we were hoping for and delivered far beyond our expectations. Always professional, direct, and incredibly easy to deal with, Louisa made the entire process seamless. No issue was ever too big or too small—every discussion was straightforward and reassuring, which really helped take the stress off our shoulders. Her kitchen on the day was a joy to witness—friendly, focused, and full of good energy every time we walked by. The food was exceptional, the service flawless, and her entire team mirrored her high standards and warmth. We would very highly recommend Louisa and her excellent team for anyone seeking extreme professionalism, creativity, and outstanding quality. Just wanted to say a really big thank you once again for the whole weekend – it was everything we had imagined and planned for and so much more, so thank you for helping us put it all together. Obviously, we had an absolutely amazing time, with lots of special and happy memories but we also received so much positive feedback about the food, planning, staff, look / feel / set-up etc. of the whole thing, which really did make it such an amazing few days and I know every single person had a great time.
