Louisa from Farm to Table is truly a master of her craft. From our first conversation, we knew we were in expert hands. We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. She understood exactly what we were hoping for and delivered far beyond our expectations. Always professional, direct, and incredibly easy to deal with, Louisa made the entire process seamless. No issue was ever too big or too small—every discussion was straightforward and reassuring, which really helped take the stress off our shoulders. Her kitchen on the day was a joy to witness—friendly, focused, and full of good energy every time we walked by. The food was exceptional, the service flawless, and her entire team mirrored her high standards and warmth. We would very highly recommend Louisa and her excellent team for anyone seeking extreme professionalism, creativity, and outstanding quality. It was fantastic working with Louisa and her team on the catering for our wedding day. She provided us with lots of options to choose from (mostly produce sourced from her own farm) and she was even happy to try a new dish out for us. We really enjoyed building the menu together and sampling her charcuterie was a real highlight! Before the wedding the communication was excellent and she visited the location multiple times to ensure that we could make the most of the space. On the day the food was delicious and Louisa's team was both friendly and efficient. The incredible selection of French tarts is something our guests will remember for a long time!

We got married at Chateau Labarthe in May 2025 and selected Louisa to cater for our main Wedding Day but also the two days either side; for a pre-Wedding Day dinner and then a post-Wedding Day BBQ. What an incredible job Louisa and her team did!! Every meal, every dish, every side was perfectly executed - fresh, varied, colourful and most importantly, absolutely delicious. We were seriously impressed - Louisa and her team far exceeded all of our expectations. Every single guest, without fail, commented on just how good the food was over the whole three days. Not an easy feat with some fussy eaters! We’ve been to a fair few weddings and catering for large numbers is always tricky. However, we can honestly say, Louisa and her team produced the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding - think high quality restaurant food, rather than anything like your normal catering food. Really thought out dishes, that both taste and look the part and that are seasonal and local. Couldn’t have asked for more! Louisa is supported by an amazing team, all of whom were friendly, professional and very efficient. They all went out of their way to make sure all of the events ran perfectly. Can’t thank Louisa and her team enough and can highly, highly recommend her!!
