Amazing. We had compliments from our guests every course that came out from presentation to taste. Even till today, when we speak with our guests they are raving about their favorite dishes at our wedding. Thank you Louisa for being there with us for our special day!!!

Hi Louisa just wanted to say thank you for the super delicious pork. We had the joint yesterday roasted for our last Sunday roast for a while. The left overs we’ll have for our picnic tomorrow. Today we had your sausages with home grown veg equally delicious. Best sausages this side of La Manche. No doubt the chops will be just as yummy.

What a triumph! Thank you very much for all you did yesterday and making it such a success. Your two helpers were delightful and we were thrilled with everything. It meant that we could really relax and enjoy our guests. Everyone had fun and we’ve had so much lovely feedback this morning. Our last guests left at 5pm!!
