Louisa totally understood the needs of our group from day one and came up with exciting, authentic menus that would showcase the best of Southern French cooking and ingredients. Her communication throughout was excellent. All the food - two lunches and two three-course dinners - was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The addition of a serving of the local 'Floc' aperatif was a lovely touch. The team loved it and the team looking after us on site couldn't have been nicer or more attentive.
