If some of the ingredients cannot be found on Louisa’s farm, she can always rely on her fantastic list of local suppliers who all work to the same principles as Louisa - providing fresh organic food, with a circuit court

All types of meals are catered for – from formal three course meal to buffets, barbeques or tapas – Louisa will create the perfect culinary solutions to ensure your event runs smoothly. Whether working with a select group of wedding planners, or directly with the client, Louisa can make your special day even more special by providing her farm to table food, prepared and cooked to perfection. Louisa can cater to all your culinary requirements – whether it’s a pre-wedding family gathering, the wedding breakfast, or evening party food. Preparing Your Produce

As part of the farm to table event catering services that Louisa offers from her organic farm in Montesquiou, she can also process the fruits and vegetables from your orchard or garden. So the wedding favours and drinks could come from your very own garden!

Take a look at the pictures of the kiwi jam below, which are favours for a July 2022 wedding. Louisa worked alongside the mother of the bride over the previous year harvesting apples, plums, figs, kiwis and elderflower all of which will be incorporated into their wedding menu.

It was fantastic working with Louisa and her team on the catering for our wedding day. She provided us with lots of options to choose from (mostly produce sourced from her own farm) and she was even happy to try a new dish out for us. We really enjoyed building the menu together and sampling her charcuterie was a real highlight! Before the wedding the communication was excellent and she visited the location multiple times to ensure that we could make the most of the space. On the day the food was delicious and Louisa's team was both friendly and efficient. The incredible selection of French tarts is something our guests will remember for a long time!

We were so pleased with the outcome of our wedding dinner. The guests commented on the food being extremely fresh and flavoursome, and both myself and my husband completely agreed - especially the garden vegetable tart!! The macron tower we had as our 'wedding cake' was delicious, and it was lovely that Louisa came out to tell us the French tradition of feeding each other on your wedding night. The catering team were extremely friendly too, coming the next day to tidy everything away and leaving us any leftovers to enjoy. Thanks again to Louisa and her team!

I do this by growing the ingredients on my organic farm and anything I cannot produce myself I source from a network of local independent suppliers.
