What can I say, Louisa is an absolute gem. I am so glad I found her and was able to book her to cater our wedding. We are a couple, obsessed with food and quality ingredients. And it was essential for us that our wedding weekend featured the best food. We had high expectations, having come from a restaurant and wedding planning background. And Louisa delivered. She customised the wedding day menu to our tastes and quirks, sourced some of the best oysters we have ever eaten, did mouthwatering pintxos for our cocktail hour, made an amazing grazing board, did an array of family-style sharing dishes for our mains, and a just-to-die-for dessert trolley. Everything was impeccable. I absolutely love Louisa's farm to table concept. Her ingredients are either home grown, home reared or sourced super locally. I am in awe of this brilliant woman. It was a joy to work with Louisa from day 1, and on the actual wedding weekend, Louisa and her team surpassed all expectations. I am so so glad we had her as our caterer. I cannot stress enough how amazing an experience it has been. I would not think twice about recommending Louisa. And I will definitely be knocking at her door for future events.

Louisa from Farm to Table is truly a master of her craft. From our first conversation, we knew we were in expert hands. We gave Louisa the creative freedom to craft a menu she felt would work best for our Irish wedding, and she absolutely nailed it—100%. She understood exactly what we were hoping for and delivered far beyond our expectations. Always professional, direct, and incredibly easy to deal with, Louisa made the entire process seamless. No issue was ever too big or too small—every discussion was straightforward and reassuring, which really helped take the stress off our shoulders. Her kitchen on the day was a joy to witness—friendly, focused, and full of good energy every time we walked by. The food was exceptional, the service flawless, and her entire team mirrored her high standards and warmth. We were grateful that Louisa focuses on utilizing local produce and inspirations in the menus she creates. Louisa’s cooking gave a true sense of the region and a culinary experience that complemented the beauty of the setting. Our guests and we were amazed at all of the subtle charms and creative variety that Louisa and her team put into every dish that was served.

Obviously, we had an absolutely amazing time, with lots of special and happy memories but we also received so much positive feedback about the food, planning, staff, look / feel / set-up etc. of the whole thing, which really did make it such an amazing few days and I know every single person had a great time. We could not have had our wedding without Louisa! She guided us through the entire planning process, of not just the food menu but the entire wedding from electricity supply to toilets. No question was too small and she was always ready to accommodate, which was so helpful as we were planning our wedding from abroad. She also found our entire service staff, and everything worked so smoothly over both the wedding day and the lunch on the following day. The food was such a highlight and enjoyed by all. We felt we really sold 'the french dream' to our guests. We also had plenty of delicious leftovers that kept us going through the clear up process.
