As part of the farm to table event catering services that Louisa offers from her organic farm in Montesquiou, she can also process the fruits and vegetables from your orchard or garden. So the wedding favours and drinks could come from your very own garden!
Take a look at the pictures of the kiwi jam, which are wedding favours for a July 2022 wedding. Louisa worked alongside the mother of the bride over the previous year harvesting apples, plums, figs, kiwis and elderflower all of which were incorporated into their wedding menu.
We had the most incredible wedding at Château de Arlens in May 2024, and one of the standout highlights was the exceptional catering by Louisa Hallewell and her team at Farm 2 Table Kitchen. From start to finish, Louisa brought an incredible level of passion, creativity, and attention to detail that made our wedding feast truly unforgettable. Every dish was crafted with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. A quick note to thank you very much for the delicious Beef Daube etc you delivered to us at chateau Labarthe for the first night of our holiday - it was the perfect dish to have and much enjoyed by all!
From planning, preparation to execution, Louisa and her team deliver 5 stars at every level. Their input, advice and expertise ensured that as the day approached we had complete confidence that the event would go well. On the day the food was stunning, starting with canapés, then sit down meal. The dessert selection was off the scale. Later in the evening the buffet was perfect ..the sausage rolls are rightly famous. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our guests adored them. Seamless in their approach to service, and everything was left spotless the next day. We had a perfect day; Louisa & her team were integral to that. Thank you

I do this by growing the ingredients on my organic farm and anything I cannot produce myself I source from a network of local independent suppliers.
