As part of the farm to table event catering services that Louisa offers from her organic farm in Montesquiou, she can also process the fruits and vegetables from your orchard or garden. So the wedding favours and drinks could come from your very own garden!
Take a look at the pictures of the kiwi jam, which are wedding favours for a July 2022 wedding. Louisa worked alongside the mother of the bride over the previous year harvesting apples, plums, figs, kiwis and elderflower all of which were incorporated into their wedding menu.
It was fantastic working with Louisa and her team on the catering for our wedding day. She provided us with lots of options to choose from (mostly produce sourced from her own farm) and she was even happy to try a new dish out for us. We really enjoyed building the menu together and sampling her charcuterie was a real highlight! Before the wedding the communication was excellent and she visited the location multiple times to ensure that we could make the most of the space. On the day the food was delicious and Louisa's team was both friendly and efficient. The incredible selection of French tarts is something our guests will remember for a long time!
Farm to Table Kitchen provided the catering for our work retreat at the beautiful Château Lacoste. Louisa totally understood the needs of our group from day one and came up with exciting, authentic menus that would showcase the best of Southern French cooking and ingredients. Her communication throughout was excellent. All the food - two lunches and two three-course dinners - was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The addition of a serving of the local 'Floc' aperatif was a lovely touch. The team loved it and the team looking after us on site couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Hi Louisa just wanted to say thank you for the super delicious pork. We had the joint yesterday roasted for our last Sunday roast for a while. The left overs we’ll have for our picnic tomorrow. Today we had your sausages with home grown veg equally delicious. Best sausages this side of La Manche. No doubt the chops will be just as yummy.
From planning, preparation to execution, Louisa and her team deliver 5 stars at every level. Their input, advice and expertise ensured that as the day approached we had complete confidence that the event would go well. On the day the food was stunning, starting with canapés, then sit down meal. The dessert selection was off the scale. Later in the evening the buffet was perfect ..the sausage rolls are rightly famous. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our guests adored them.
