Louisa Hallewell makes use of her skills as a chef and patisserie chef trained in France, as well as her professional experience in the field of cheese and butchery, to create wonderful dishes for her clients.

Louisa created a dessert treasure trove of stunning petit four and I am still dreaming about our gorgeous wedding cake with a ribbon of raspberry that Louisa topped with our signature passionflower vine.
We were so pleased with the outcome of our wedding dinner. The guests commented on the food being extremely fresh and flavoursome, and both myself and my husband completely agreed - especially the garden vegetable tart!! The macron tower we had as our 'wedding cake' was delicious, and it was lovely that Louisa came out to tell us the French tradition of feeding each other on your wedding night. The catering team were extremely friendly too, coming the next day to tidy everything away and leaving us any leftovers to enjoy. Thanks again to Louisa and her team!
From the early days of planning to the day of the wedding, Louisa was the most professional person to work with. She and her wonderful team recently catered for our daughter's wedding. The venue was our home and garden and Louisa took care of everything in a very calm and efficient manner. The meal itself was amazing and enjoyed and talked about by all the guests.
