The Farm to Table Kitchen offers a catering service for events, weddings, private parties and meal deliveries. The philosophy of this service is to create healthy and delicious organic dishes using locally sourced ingredients, within the framework of a high-end catering service in the Gers region and beyond.

Louisa Hallewell makes use of her skills as a chef and patisserie chef trained in France, as well as her professional experience in the field of cheese and butchery, to create wonderful dishes for her clients.

What a triumph! Thank you very much for all you did yesterday and making it such a success. Your two helpers were delightful and we were thrilled with everything. It meant that we could really relax and enjoy our guests. Everyone had fun and we’ve had so much lovely feedback this morning. Our last guests left at 5pm!! We were so pleased with the outcome of our wedding dinner. The guests commented on the food being extremely fresh and flavoursome, and both myself and my husband completely agreed - especially the garden vegetable tart!! The macron tower we had as our 'wedding cake' was delicious, and it was lovely that Louisa came out to tell us the French tradition of feeding each other on your wedding night. The catering team were extremely friendly too, coming the next day to tidy everything away and leaving us any leftovers to enjoy. Thanks again to Louisa and her team!
